Established in February 2024, E-TORE is an FSSAI-certified restaurant and retail food business, operating through a professionally managed cloud kitchen that follows stringent hygiene, safety, and quality protocols. Our culinary journey began with a refined selection of signature biryanis, meticulously prepared in-house using premium ingredients, aromatic spices, and time honored cooking techniques. What distinguishes E-TORE is our commitment to both excellence and responsibility. All our dishes are served exclusively in earthen pots, completely eliminating the use of plastic to preserve taste, promote healthier consumption and reduce environmental impact. For delivery, we use durable, high-quality cardboard packaging, ensuring food integrity while supporting eco-conscious practices. While biryanis remain the cornerstone of our menu, E-TORE is continuously evolving. We are actively developing a broader portfolio of thoughtfully curated dishes, designed to meet the dynamic and discerning palate of Indore’s food lovers.
